Sometimes you just know what you want. If it's saving money and time while transforming your business into a unique, trustworthy brand, our Intensives are a no-brainer!
Fill out this short form to secure a date for our most expedited and affordable service.
Design Intensives have a much shorter timeline, lower price tag, and depend more heavily on your input, while our full-scale projects are more robust and give you time to let ideas marinate for longer.
For branding that means: we create a visual identity that strategically conveys your message based on your understanding of your target market, business, and offer(s). You’ll get an in-depth questionnaire that gets you thinking about all of this. Based on this, we'll come up with creative concepts. But we don’t actively develop your brand foundations together like we would during a full strategy + design project.
For websites that means: you might not get all the bells and whistles a custom website build offers. What you will get, however, is a digital home base that feels unique—despite being based on one of our templates—captures interest, and converts visitors into buyers. The things that really matter so you can start making more money more quickly.
Process-wise, we're cutting out a lot of the back and forth by dealing with feedback and revisions in real time. That means less time spent on presentations and meetings, more time spent designing.
Your Intensive will be a 1:1 collab with our founder and lead designer Martha. While we can arrange to have your team members join the initial strategy call (should you have any) so we can establish the vision all together, we ask that you appoint one decision maker to provide feedback on the design day. This will give you the best results.
Project length: 8 hours of designing on the day, plus ~2 weeks prep. The preparation phase is where we lay the groundwork. It's critical to our process because it guarantees that your brand is not only affordable and delivered quickly, but also built to give you long-lasting results. It's our way of making sure that we don't sacrifice quality.
What we ask of you is to fill out the Brand Questionnaire thoroughly, attend the 30 minute Strategy Call, and to be available for feedback on the day of your Intensive. Typically, we chat via email plus have 2 short video calls on the design day: the first about three hours into designing to make sure we're on the same page about the brand direction and then a final check-in as the last opportunity for revisions and to walk you through your new brand. There might be more communication if necessary.
Do you want professional branding or a website that's tailored to your goals? Are you on a modest budget? Do you expect things in your business to change quickly, and/or want to be able to launch ASAP? Can you make decisions quickly? Do you know your target market and business well? If the answer to all of this is yes, then the Intensive was made for you!
If you need help deciding whether a full project or a Design Intensive is the better fit for you and your business, feel free to reach out to hi@bitemark.studio.
A Design Intensive is an investment in our time rather than a set of deliverables. That means the outcome can vary depending on your priorities, the complexity of your design, and the speediness of your feedback. We can’t promise any amount of deliverables but with efficient communication, you'll get a minimum of logo, colour palette, and type suite guaranteed. In the past, we've always had time for extras such as brand elements, Instagram templates, and stock photo sourcing.
Zero problem! While we're based in Europe, the majority of our clients are US-based. In such circumstances where the time zones are too different, we'll simply adjust the schedule: The Intensive will be split in half so that it’s two half days instead of one full day. That way, you don't have to wake up at the crack of dawn to give us feedback.
Yes, yes, and yes! Send any requests to hi@bitemark.studio.
First off, we have a signature approach that we're so proud of that we dedicated an entire page to it.
But our one true (inimitable) superpower are the brains and eyes of the few people behind Bitemark. Our innate understanding of people, how we see and interpret the world, our intuition and personal experience... that's what helps us translate the intangible—a feeling, a personality—into solid visuals the way we do: through a lens of storytelling.
It's this emotional layer, this pull, why people come to us specifically after looking through 300 portfolios...
In the past, we've partnered with creative service providers, jewellery brands, furniture brands, photo booth rentals, design studios, optometrists, real estate agents... B2B, B2C, D2C... the list goes on.
Safe to say we don't have a niche in the strict sense. Really, we're in the business of H2H: human to human, because people buy from people. That's a principle true no matter the industry. Not confining ourselves to one type of business keeps our ideas fresh and means we can bring a true third party perspective to your brand.
Design and strategy can sometimes be subjective. That's why open communication is such a big part of our process. If something feels off, let us know. We're always available to discuss the reasoning behind our strategic choices. Our goal is for you to be confident about our decisions and excited about the outcome. And we'll keep making adjustments until that's achieved. But also, you'll probably like to hear that we have a 100% client satisfaction track record—because we listen and take your thoughts seriously.
