I built Bitemark to focus on the work, not to scale an agency.That means staying close to every project myself, and viewing clients as collaborators, not as people who hand me a brief, then disappear. The stories, struggles, and beliefs behind a brand are exactly what make it worth caring about, and they are what my own research and thinking alone can't uncover.Post-project, clients often tell us we just got it. The outcome may not necessarily be what they had imagined, but exactly what they needed.
